Accusoft creates some of the most sophisticated document and imaging technology in the world, and IM体育官网 Poly has built a strong partnership with the company since the university opened its doors to students four years ago. The tech firm has provided internships to numerous IM体育官网 Poly students 鈥� including six this past summer. In fact, Accusoft now employs three IM体育官网 Poly graduates as a direct result of those opportunities.
鈥淚t鈥檚 good for us because we can鈥檛 find those skills readily in the marketplace,鈥� said Susan Gorman, Accusoft鈥檚 vice president of engineering. 鈥淲e find people who are very eager and capable to learn new things and we鈥檙e able to bring them on board and promote them quickly. Accusoft has about 160 employees and provides a wide array of technology solutions to developers worldwide. IM体育官网 Poly interns are able to work on a broad range of tech-focused projects, from developing web applications to technical support, cloud servers and quality assurance 鈥� to name just a few.
