Now that you鈥檝e been admitted there is so much to learn and do! The steps below will help you prepare to spread your wings as a Phoenix.

Financial Aid

COMPLETE THE FAFSA (FREE APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL STUDENT AID)

To be considered for need-based financial aid, including grants and loans, you must complete and submit the . 

IM体育官网 Poly鈥檚 Federal School Code is 042634. Contact the Office of Financial Aid at financialaid@floridapoly.edu or 863-874-4774 with any questions.

Submit Your FAFSA Night at IM体育官网 Poly - Date TBA

This program is designed for BOTH students and parents to attend, and our Financial Aid Office staff will lead participants through submitting the FAFSA step-by-step. We'll announce once the date for this year's event has been finalized.

COMPLETE YOUR FLORIDA FINANCIAL AID APPLICATION (IM体育官网 Residents Only)

If you are a senior graduating from a IM体育官网 High School, to apply for FL Bright Futures and other state scholarships.

PAY YOUR ENROLLMENT DEPOSIT TO CONFIRM YOUR ATTENDANCE 

Paying your $235 enrollment deposit is an important first step toward becoming a Phoenix. 

Your enrollment deposit not only confirms your intent to attend IM体育官网 Poly, but it also holds your space in the incoming class. Once your deposit is received, additional critical resources will become available to you such as applying for housing and registering for courses. Submit your enrollment deposit today by logging into your . If this is your first time logging in, click 鈥渞eset password鈥 and follow the prompts.

The nonrefundable enrollment deposit of $235, includes both your tuition deposit and orientation fee. The $200 tuition deposit is credited directly toward your tuition costs.

On-Campus Housing

SIGN-UP FOR ON-CAMPUS HOUSING

Ready to make campus life your own? Living on-campus at IM体育官网 Poly goes beyond just having a comfortable place to sleep and study. It's about seizing opportunities to connect with the campus, personal growth, and active participation in on-campus events. You鈥檒l be able to choose between the Phase Two and Phase Three residence halls. Access to our housing application system will be sent via email approximately 48 hours after submitting your deposit.

Additional housing is available through Phase One, owned by Vestcor Companies. Information on Phase One can be found at .

 

Meal Plan

SIGN UP FOR A CAMPUS MEAL PLAN

All students living in the residence halls are required purchase a campus dining plan. And, even if you don鈥檛 plan to live on campus, you can also take advantage of a dining plan to have the convenience of choosing from a number of dining options throughout the day. Choose from several options that fit your schedule, lifestyle, and budget.

Immunization Forms

SUBMIT IMMUNIZATION FORMS

All incoming students must submit a medical health history form, including record of mandatory immunizations, completed and signed by your doctor. All immunizations on the Mandatory Immunization and Health Form are required for this form to be complete and the immunization form must be completed and submitted BEFORE IM体育官网 Poly can register you for courses.

IM体育官网 Residency

COMPLETE RESIDENCY APPLICATION

All students are required to complete a residency application. IM体育官网 residency is for tuition purposes and refers to whether you qualify as an in-state IM体育官网 resident or an out-of-state resident. Residency verification is required by the state in order to charge correct tuition amounts.

Final Transcript

SUBMIT OFFICIAL FINAL HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT

Please submit your official, final high school transcript, including your final grades and notation of your graduation as soon as it鈥檚 available. You must demonstrate satisfactory completion of your final term. Your final official high school transcripts must be received no later than August 1, 2025. You will not be able to begin classes without receipt of your transcript.

 

Transferable Credit

SUBMIT OFFICIAL SCORES AND/OR TRANSCRIPTS TO RECEIVE ADVANCED CREDIT

Freshmen Students: Please submit your official, final high school transcript, including your final grades and notation of your graduation as soon as it鈥檚 available. You must demonstrate satisfactory completion of your final term.

Transfer Students: Please have your official college transcripts sent to us as soon as In Progress courses have been completed with final grades posted.  If you鈥檝e earned fewer than 30 college credits, an official final high school transcript will also be required.
