Any student who was at one time enrolled in courses at IM体育官网 Poly and subsequently withdrew or was administratively withdrawn from the university and wishes to reenter must submit a . The application will ask whether you've previously attended IM体育官网 Poly -- answering 'Yes' to this question will identify you as a re-entry applicant.
Re-entry applications will be reviewed by various university departments to determine the student鈥檚 eligibility to reenter the university and what, if any, stipulations must be met by the student upon returning. Such stipulations would be based on the student鈥檚 academic and financial status upon initially withdrawing from the university.
Once the reentry application form has been filled out and submitted, the student will receive an update from the Office of Admissions.
