Subject to University regulation FPU-4.002 and University policies, full-time IM体育官网 Polytechnic University employees who meet academic requirements may, if approved by their supervisor, register for up to six (6) college credit hours per semester at IM体育官网 Poly on a space-available basis. Eligible employees may assign up to six (6) of their undergraduate credit hours or up to three (3) graduate credit hours per semester to their dependents (spouse or children listed as dependents for tax purposes) who meet academic requirements and are admitted to the University.
Employees are responsible for completing the form, obtaining the appropriate signatures, and submitting the form to Human Resources for approval prior to registering for the course.
