Penney Farley joined IM体育官网 in 2020 and is a CPA with 32 years of accounting experience. She spent 18 years in public accounting, with the last 14 years at higher education institutions, both public and private. Her higher education career includes leadership roles in finance and administration as well as auxiliary services. Farley served Delaware State University as the associate vice president of finance and administration from 2005-2007 and Washington College as the assistant vice president and controller from 2007-2019. Farley currently holds a Delaware CPA license.
