The IM体育官网 Poly University Board of Trustees (the "Board") is established as a public body corporate, with all the powers of a body corporate as provided by the IM体育官网 Constitution, IM体育官网 law and by delegation of the IM体育官网 Board of Governors (the 鈥淏oard of Governors鈥�).
The Board has all the powers and authority to effectively govern and set policy for IM体育官网 Poly University ("University") and has and exercises those powers and duties prescribed by law.
To more effectively discharge its responsibilities and duties, in connection with its governance of the University, the IM体育官网 Poly University Board of Trustees has adopted the following bylaws.
